All ticket sales are final. Therefore, it is important that you
be aware of the following procedures prior to ordering your tickets:
- A small handling fee will be charged for each ticket ordered.
- Have your MasterCard, Visa, or Amex card information ready
for data entry.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order.
We encourage you to print this email and bring it with you to
speed box-office handling.
- Your tickets will be held at the door and available for pickup
45 minutes prior to show time. Please bring a print out of your
confirming email to speed handling.
- All tickets are sold under the terms of TNECT's Ticketing Policy
Refunds and Exchanges: There are no refunds or exchanges.
Cancellation: In the rare case where a performance is cancelled,
due to weather or other unanticipated reasons, please contact TNECT
for information on receiving a refund. If we hold a performance
during inclement weather, we do not refund/exchange tickets.

service we are using, guarantees any specific results from the
use of our web site or the ticketing service. Neither do we promise
that TNECT's web site and ticketing service will be error-free
