By ordering tickets over the Internet, you agree to the Ticketing Policy and Terms of Use of The Concord Players, Inc. Please note the following ticketing policy and terms of use before ordering your tickets.

• All ticket sales are final. A small handling fee will be charged for each ticket ordered online. There are no refunds or exchanges. (There is no handling fee for a subscription order)

• MasterCard, VISA, American Express or DISCOVER are accepted for on-line orders only. Credit cards are not accepted for mail, phone, or at the theatre orders. Your credit card will be charged by MMCIS/TicketStage.

• StageSource, Circle of Friends cards can not be used when you purchase tickets through online ticketing.

• Your tickets will be held at the door and available for pickup 60 minutes prior to show time.

• A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your ticket order. Please print this email and bring it with you to speed box-office handling.
