Ticketing Policy and Terms of Use

You are now on the TicketStage.com website. TicketStage by MMCIS provides our online ticketing capability. If you are purchasing tickets by credit card, your purchase will appear on your credit card bill as MMCIS/Ticketstage.

New from the Box Office: Print Your Email Confirmations - The Box Office will be scanning electronic ticket confirmation emails, rather than issuing paper tickets. This means that you won't need to stop at the Box Office to pick up your tickets, but you will need to print your email confirmation in advance and bring it with you to Keiter. Payment Methods: Walnut Hill School for the Arts accepts several methods of on-line payment to accommodate your needs, including: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged by MMCIS/TicketStage.

Convenience and Handling Charges. Tickets purchased on-line, are subject to a small non refundable fee per ticket convenience charge.

Refunds and Exchanges. All ticket orders are final. Before confirmation of your ticket purchases, carefully review your performance specifics and seat selection. Walnut Hill School for the Arts cannot commit to exchange or refund a transaction after a ticket has been purchased.

Cancellations - In extremely rare occasions, performances may be cancelled or postponed due to weather or other unanticipated reasons. If the event is actually cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund.

Privacy - We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important and we safequard them to the best of our ability. Our on-line credit card system is a state-of-art secure system.
